What equipment do you need?
To make brownies simple and easy to clean, we will use a blender to make macaroons. I love using a blender as I can throw all the ingredients at it and my batter is done in just a few seconds. If you don’t have a blender, feel free to use a mixing bowl and a whisk.
How do you make keto macaroons from scratch?
To make these dairy-free macaroons, you first need to add coconut oil to the bottom of the mixture. Next, you pour boiling water into the blender by pouring it over coconut oil to melt the oil. The oil will continue to melt while it is in hot water.
Next, you put cocoa powder, monosodium glutamate, almond flour and the rest of the ingredients in a blender. Cover and mix until powder is smooth. Pour the dough into an 8 inch x 8 inch square baking pan that has been lightly greased and lined with parchment.
Bake your macaroons in the oven at 180 ° C / 350F for 15-20 minutes. Better to bake the brownie a little underneath than to overcook it to keep it moist. Let the macaroons cool, lift them out of the pan and cut them into 16 pieces.

Can you use almond milk in macaroons?
