3 smoothie recipes to support a healthy brain, from therapists

Smoothies are a snack suitable for breakfast and an afternoon pick up for me. They are a great way to mix lots of nutrients, fruits and vegetables into one neat and tasty package. “I love smoothies because there are countless combinations that go well together,” he wrote on the post. “The key to smoothies is to try out all the different flavor combinations you can come up with until you find the one you love.” However, he also notes, “while smoothies are a great way to add a good amount of vitamins and nutrients, they shouldn’t replace chewable food!”
