On this week’s show we covered all the “A” things to celebrate April. We started with the crispy Parmesan Asparagus – easy to make at home. Then we whipped the artichoke broccoli fast and delicious, swapping broccoli for spinach in the popular dish. We’ve rounded that up with Artichoke Salsa, a fiber-filled roast on the classic.
