Big Hit announced the new name, new organizational structure and headquarters in the above brand launch YouTube today (see below).
The company stated that the rebranding will be completed at its shareholders meeting on March 30.
Big Hit’s record label will maintain its identity as Big Hit Music under the name HYBE.
Big Hit plans to change the company’s organizational structure to focus on three main areas: “labeling, solutions and platforms”.
The corporate division will include Big Hit Music, BELIFT LAB, PLEDIS Entertainment, KOZ ENTERTAINMENT and HYBE Labels Japan.
The ‘solutions’ division includes HYBE Three Sixty, HYBE IP, HYBE Edu, Superb Corp., HYBE Solutions Japan and HYBE T&D Japan, which are specialized in video, IP, learning and game content. , creating tertiary and tertiary businesses. on the creative output of each label.

Big Hit also announced a new headquarters in Yongsan, Seoul.
