Ohio’s so-called “lake-side snake” District 9, which stretches from Toledo to Cleveland, is so thin and oddly shaped that they actually drive to Lake Erie to track the sea level against the contiguous zone of District. They are concerned that climate change may make the district non-contiguous and will therefore be changed during the next redistricting.
I don’t know if this comment is rational.
