A gloomy night is expected to clear sometime on Tuesday morning.
Temps will begin in the 1940s in most Tri-state states, so a warm coat is a good choice from the start.
In the afternoon, the sun will return to a stronger intensity and the temperature climbs down to a 60-second low. NYC PM High: 61.
Wednesday is another good day. Temps are still in the 60s and the sky is still partially cloudy.
We then monitor for possible heavy rain Thursday through Friday. 1-3 inches can be used in latest model runs. Stay tuned for all of the changes this week!
