Four MS-13 gang members face accusations after police found female body in a trunk in Queens – CBS New York

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Four reputations MS-13 Gang members are facing charges after The body of a woman was found in a car in Queens on Wednesday.

Just before 2 a.m., police saw four suspects carrying a large object out of a building on Foam Place and placed it in the trunk of a car before driving away.

Personnel tracked the vehicle and made a traffic stop near the Nassau Expressway in Far Rockaway.

Later, they found the body of Nazareth Claure, 31, wrapped in a blanket inside the trunk.

Police arrested 22-year-old Allan Lopez, 21-year-old Jose Sarmiento, 20-year-old Rigel Yohairo and 26-year-old Rodolfo Lopez.

Allan Lopez, Sarmiento and Yohairo have all been charged with murder and possession of weapons. Allan Lopez was also charged with possession of drugs.

Rodolfo Lopez was charged with hiding bodies and forging physical evidence.

Police said one of the suspects, also the victim’s boyfriend, strangled Claure.
