Grow your business with growth marketing strategies from Iron Roots

There are many different factors that make a successful growth marketing strategy. Iron roots understand this better than most. The company offers a range of exceptional services to help clients grow through data driven marketing campaigns.

But the team must also manage its own growth marketing strategy. Fortunately, Zoho Social provides tools that allow them to seamlessly manage and analyze content. And it even integrates with the rest of their business ecosystem, largely within the enterprise Zoho One operating system. Read about the company, founder’s journey, and their own development journey below.

What businesses do

Provide growth marketing services.

Founder and CEO Saru Saadeh told Small Business Trends, “Growing and attracting customers is our specialty.”

The Austin-based company offers a wide range of services under this umbrella. These include growth marketing strategy, data analytics, media buying, social media buying, and influencer buying.

Niche business

Offers a one-stop shop.

“We handle everything in the house,” Saadeh said. So we can build a strategy around your goals and then design, write, edit, deploy, and manage everything under one roof.

How business began

After a life of adventure business.

Saadeh explained, “I grew up in a restaurant owner family. But I’ve never been a chef – I was really captivated by the marketing side.

Over the years, he has tried many unique restaurant marketing strategies. He was even working on an early version of influencer marketing before the concept was really successful.

Later in college, he used these skills to plan campus events. He and some friends even booked a two-city tour with rapper Chamillionaire. So then it was only natural for him to get into the world of marketing.

growth marketing

Big win

Learn about the world by working with different business customers.

“I love taking on challenges in new industries and adopting famous success tactics and seeing how they work for different industries,” Saadeh said.

The biggest challenge

Scaling up service-based business.

Saadeh explains, “Selling a service requires specialized knowledge in a certain area. And it can be difficult to scale because there are so many moving parts. So you have to focus on finding amazing, talented people who work well together ”.

Tips for other business owners

Be ready to take risks.

“Don’t be afraid to ignore the important components of your business,” Saadeh says. Don’t be afraid of mistakes, mistakes or failure. They are a prerequisite for success and growth, especially for small business owners. “

Secret weapon

Zoho Social.

Zoho Social is the social media component of the Zoho One suite. Iron Roots started using it a few years ago. At the time, it was one of a small list of options for posting directly to Instagram. And since they’ve used other Zoho tools it’s the obvious choice.

Saadeh said the team would love to be able to schedule posts and automate parts of their social strategy. And the intuitive interface allows them to spend more time on things like strategy and actually growing the business.

He added, “It helped us by allowing us more time to focus on the broader picture instead of day in and day out.”

Favorite features

Zoho Social Chrome Extensions.

The platform’s Chrome extension makes it easy to quickly share and save content from a variety of online sources. This is also the perfect way for multiple team members to work together. Everyone can add anything. And then, they can go in and sort the items as part of a larger strategy.

“Our team uses it to instantly deliver online content and manage everything,” Saadeh adds. We really enjoy using it for content scheduling. And there’s even built-in analytics. ”

Zoho One benefit

Original integration.

In addition to Zoho Social, Iron Roots also uses Zoho Invoice and Books, among many other Zoho tools, to operate the front and back of the business. So the tools work together seamlessly without needing many different accounts with different providers.

“Value is that all products are integrated,” Saadeh said. So they naturally talk to each other without having to set up different integrations. It’s a very low code environment. Even with the settings available, it’s exactly what we need. So basically we were able to do everything on a large scale. “
