The New York power couple announced their breakup on Thursday in a joint statement.
“We have realized that we are better as friends and wish to remain that way,” the statement read, Entertainment Tonight reported. “We will continue to work together and support each other in our joint projects and businesses.” The couple previously had several businesses together, including a partnership with meal delivery company Tiller & Hatch.
“We wish each other the best and each other’s children,” they said in the statement. “Out of respect for them, the only comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who sent your kind words and support.”
At that time, the couple was married rejected reports, say they are still together and are developing their relationship.
