Culture Minister Oliver Dowden will issue an urgent Commons statement to parliamentarians today on the latest plans to stop some of the top soccer clubs from creating a super league.
He will speak to MPs in Congress about the latest government plans – after six clubs have said they will split up to form a new tournament – aroused commotion among the fans.
Manchester United, Man City, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea All are involved in the plot, already called “criminal” by Gary Neville.
