Want to apply your intellectual skills to real-life reform? The Electoral Innovation Lab (an extension of the Princeton Gerrymandering Project) is looking for postdocs! Our mission is to apply law, science, and math to reinforce America’s democracy. Example topics include redistribution, ranked ballot and open primary elections.
We view our work with political science in the same way that technology and engineering relate to basic science. Our goal is to serve as a path from basic research to practical application. To read about some of our priorities, check out this section Research programs. And this is one slideshow of our story. (Note to friends and supporters: invite me to talk about the Lab – it’s more fun to talk about it!)
More discipline is welcome! Candidates are welcome from all disciplines in the natural sciences, as well as the social and behavioral sciences. We expect that these positions will be of particular interest to those in the fields of political science and law.
Your work will be seeding important research that will be of great significance in the years to come. Please application!
