While it is true that every type of company can benefit from SEO efforts, not all SEO is created equal. Google Grants for Ads
If you sign up for Google Grant, your organization can get a $ 10,000 Google Ads credit per month to help you with advertising on Google. This is more than enough money to really get popular online about your goal and help improve your visibility and hopefully clicks (and then donations). However, the eligibility requirements are very strict:
- You must have a current 501 (c) (3) status indicating you are a valid charity.
- Your website should be up to date and have information on where the money people donating to your organization actually go.
- Hospitals, medical groups, government organizations, schools and child care centers are not eligible for this benefit.
Most nonprofits will fulfill these requirements quite simply, so taking the time to sign up and patiently waiting for responses is really essential. When you receive your grant, you must ensure that the URL in your ad is the same as the URL in your application, your ad will send people to your website, and all proceeds are made. transferred to your organization. YouTube non-profit program
Nonprofits are starting to realize the power of video, and YouTube is where you want to shine. YouTube is the second largest search engine in the world, so you want to make sure you’re using it to the fullest. With the nonprofit program, you don’t get any money for advertising or creating videos but instead, you get features customized for your business type, including: including:
- The donation button allows people to donate directly to your YouTube page while watching the video.
- You can put a call-to-action overlay on your video so viewers can click to visit your website, a donation page, etc. It’s up to you where you want to take your viewers.
- Program members have the option to subscribe to production access to shoot or edit videos at YouTube’s LA studios.
- Ability to live stream.
You must have a YouTube channel with videos on your page before you can sign up for the program, so it’s important to get started right away. You’ll still have access to all the features everyone else has on YouTube, but being a part of the program will give you some of these additional options.
