YONKERS, NY (CBSNewYork) – A suspect was arrested overnight in the fatal stab Yonkers Store owner Ruben Martinez, Tony Aiello of CBS2 reports.
Martinez is killed on Tuesday while defending his clothing store on New Main Street.

Police said the suspect entered the Premier Fashion and stole a baseball cap.
Witnesses said Martinez had grabbed a large cane and asked the man to return the hat.
That’s when the suspect is said to have stabbed him several times.
