Recently, in our apartment, something Very dramatic happened in the morning …
I got up at 5 a.m.
MORNING YEAR It was still dark. The birds don’t even sing.
My mind is not spinning; I’m still tired; but my body is awake. I don’t know what causes it (magnesium deficiency? General anxiety? Pre-menopause?), But whatever the reason, for the past month, my eyes have been wide open. before dawn dawned, and I finally felt exhausted all day.
Fortunately, this morning, at Our neighbor cafeThe barista suggested a great solution: coffee for a nap. Have you ever heard of them? “I discovered them in college,” she told me. “You make a cup of coffee and immediately lie down. Set your alarm for 20 minutes. You wake up completely refreshed ”.
Seem science backup this. Studies have shown that caffeine plus a nap improves performance, rather than just caffeine or sleep.
So this morning, after finishing my cold beer, I lay down for 20 minutes – and I felt much better when I woke up. Who knows? Maybe it won’t be that bad at 5 a.m.
Think? Would you try to get some coffee? You had? What time do you get up in the morning?
